Processing Time:
- Standard, in stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Custom orders require additional time for crafting and are usually ready to ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, current workload, etc.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking numbers provided for each shipment.
- Expected delivery is within 5-7 business days after processing.
International Shipping:
- International orders are not currently supported.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are set based on our market research of the product and packaging, which is based on the weight and dimensions, as well as the shipping destination.
- For a shipping estimate, please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
