Refund policy

At Bahn Customs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please review our return policy below:

Standard Returns

Customers may return non-customized, non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of customized and personalized items, these products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of your custom product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at bahncustoms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.  

We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
